Viewings Conducted by the Development Manager

What makes Retirement Homesearch unique is that, wherever possible, we will arrange for the property viewing to be conducted by the Development Manager. Because retirement living is about so much more than just bricks and mortar, their advice and guidance in the buying and selling process is indispensable.

The Development Manager will be able to present communal facilities, talk through on-site social activities and events and provide a great insight into retirement living. They may also be able to invite prospective buyers to a communal coffee morning.
