Estate managers are available to aid with any queries that you may have and their daily tasks ensure that the services are all arranged for the day such as the gardens being looked after or the outside of the property will be redecorated if it needs to be. There are many other tasks that are performed by the manager and these can be read in the introductory brochure.
For your own personal security most of the properties in our retirement options section are fitted with security doors and also close circuit television which are linked directly from the front door to each individual room which means you have access to letting in your friends and family when they come. There are also panic alarms which you can pull at any time of the day and assistants will deal with you if the estate manager is not on site.
