The first retirement development that we have to offer from Pegasus Homes is Pegasus Court, the facilities available are an estate manager who takes care of arrangements such as the upkeep of the external and interior areas such as gardens and communal areas, but is also on hand should the residents require any help for anything at all. If the estate manager is not available at any time the twenty four hour helpline can have assistance delivered to you immediately.
Every single property consists of an entrance hall a spacious lounge a kitchen with all the modern conveniences and then you can have a choice of one or two bedrooms and a seperate bathroom.
Other facilities include the owners lounge which a good place for the residents to meet and have some fun, there is a communal laundry which is found in most pegasus homes but if you are not mobile enough to do this yourself then something can be arranged, there are lifts that take you to every floor of the property, there is a craft room which is huge fun and often an outside expert is brought in to teach you new skills, there is also a room that has training facilites because getting old doesn't mean that you are not active.
