1. Call us on 0845 880 5560 if your property
is located in England or Wales, or 0141 2482846 if your property is
in Scotland and speak to one of our Property Advisors. Based on our
extensive market intelligence and knowledge we will be able to
provide you with a ‘no obligation’ price appraisal for your
property.
2. Following your call, our Property
Advisor will send you a letter listing our terms and conditions,
fees and services.
3. Should you decide to instruct us our
Property Advisor - who will work with you throughout the
transaction - will prepare a draft set of details for your approval
and enter your property onto our database.
4. We will then match your property
with the requirements of all purchasers on our database and mail
out your property details to them.
5. The Development Manager, with your
permission, will subsequently undertake accompanied viewings of
your property.
6. Where possible, our 'Retirement
Properties for Sale' board will be prominently displayed in the
grounds of the Development. Interested parties will be provided
with property particulars, asked to fill out an enquiry form and
shown the property when convenient.
7. Once an offer is made, we will check
out the purchaser's status - in particular to establish whether
they are a cash buyer or have a property to sell. Thereafter we
will negotiate the sale and deal with all Solicitors.
8. We will regularly monitor progress
during the transaction to ensure there are no hold ups.
9. On the day of exchange we will invoice
your Solicitor for our fees.
10. Then, on completion day we will help
co-ordinate the release of keys. Keys will only be released to the
purchaser when the funds have been released by your
