When you place your property with Retirement Homesearch, we ensure that, where possible, a ‘Retirement Properties For Sale’ board is erected outside the development. And, because we work so closely with the Development Managers, any prospective purchaser who calls without an appointment will be given details of your property and can usually be shown around there and then, as long, as the visit is within visiting hours. This means there is no valuable time lost waiting for keys, or the availability of an estate agent.

Both these elements have been extremely effective in closing a sale.
