In Hampshire we have a property known as acacia lodge this has fourty seven individual lodgings spread out over three different floor. Each of the retirement properties built by Churchill have their own manager and can be contacted by the tenants from each of the properties in case an emergency arises and there is a twenty four hour contact number should you need them out of hours.
Inside the churchill retirement property the residents have access to and the use of a lounge for relaxing and watching television or playing cards or dominoes with the other residents. There is a resdients kitchen for preparing your own food. The security of the building includes a video access door system, each resident has their own video link in their rooms so they can see who is calling for them. There is ample car parking for the residents and their guests or family.
There are communal gardens which are very pleasant to sit in during the summer months, all the gardens are tended to by professional gardeners and there is no extra cost to yourselves. The whole property is alarmed and the tenants have their own intruder alarm though this is just a precautionary measure, there are guest suites so you can have friends stay over with you for the weekend or during holidays.
All residents that apply for one of the rooms here must be over sixty years of age when residency commences.
